Sanitary pipe fittings

BPE sanitary fittings

Pipeline fittings that represent the optimal choice for meeting stringent cleanliness requirements in biopharmaceutical applications. High-quality pipes and pipe fittings not only streamline installation preparation but also minimize arc deviation during actual welding, facilitate automated welding, eliminate the need for frequent parameter adjustments, reduce welding time, and ultimately shorten the overall project schedule.

Sight glass

The sight glass consists of a stainless steel housing and a glass window. In the food processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical industries, it enables clear and precise observation of material flow.

Y-strainer

The filter is a hygienic-grade filtration device primarily used to protect pumps, instrumentation, and other equipment from operational disruptions. Owing to its compact design, high filtration capacity, low pressure drop, and ease of maintenance, it is widely employed in industries such as beverage production, pharmaceuticals, and dairy processing.
A filter is a device used to prevent solid particles in the fluid being filtered from entering downstream piping. The fluid enters the filter through the inlet and passes through a filter element of specified dimensions; larger solid particles and impurities are retained within the element, while the filtered fluid exits through the outlet, meeting the required specifications. When the pressure differential across the filter exceeds the specified limit or the filter element is damaged, simply remove the element, clean it thoroughly or replace it, and reinstall it to resume operation.
