Product Description

>The valve body is precision-machined using CNC technology, ensuring perfect alignment between the sealing surface of the valve chamber and the curvature of the diaphragm, thereby reducing diaphragm friction and extending its service life.
>Valve cavity surfaces may be mechanically or electrolytically polished according to customer requirements, with a surface finish of up to 0.25 μm.
Diaphragms made of flexible, elastomeric materials do not exhibit sensitive reactions when exposed to process media contaminated with fibrous clumps, solid particles, catalysts, or other impurities. In general, such contamination does not adversely affect valve operation or sealing performance. Depending on the operating or sterilization temperature and the chemical characteristics of the process medium, different materials can be selected.

Given that different valve types and materials are selected for different operating conditions, it is essential to conduct a thorough application analysis for each product prior to selecting the valve body and diaphragm—particularly in chemical and pharmaceutical applications, as well as in scenarios involving high temperatures that may trigger chemical reactions. The suitability of the materials must be verified through reliable chemical data or expert certification to ensure the product’s safety and long-term performance.

A typical method for securing a diaphragm is screw fixation. In contrast to aperture-based fixation, this approach distributes the load over the entire surface of the bolt, thereby preventing mechanical failure of the diaphragm under vacuum conditions.
